Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Sudarfa, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all terms set out here and in our Privacy Policy.

Description of Service

Sudarfa is a white-label car rental management platform that enables operators to:

• Generate fully configured car rental websites, booking pages, and dashboards for their clients
• Manage client deployments including brand customization, colors, and language settings
• Enable AI-powered features including a customer chat widget and review management tools
• Track client configurations and generate deployment packages

Sudarfa is a B2B operator tool. You are responsible for how you deploy and use the generated assets with your clients.

Accounts & Operator Responsibility

As an operator, you are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of client information you enter into the platform
• Obtaining proper consent from your clients to process their data
• The security of Supabase credentials and API keys you manage through the platform
• Ensuring your clients' deployments comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid features — including AI Chat Widget and AI Review Management — are available as add-ons activated per client. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase.

Client Deployments

You are fully responsible for how you deploy, host, and maintain the generated assets. All booking data stored in a client's Supabase database belongs entirely to that client. Sudarfa has no access to and takes no responsibility for data stored in client-controlled databases.

AI Features

AI features are powered by Google's Gemini API. You are responsible for compliance with Google's Gemini API Terms and all API usage costs.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sudarfa to:

• Create deployments for businesses engaged in illegal activities
• Resell or white-label Sudarfa itself as a competing product without written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts
• Transmit malware or any code designed to damage or disrupt systems

Intellectual Property

The Sudarfa platform is the intellectual property of ELIT VIRTUAL LLC. The HTML files, SQL scripts, and configuration files generated by Sudarfa are provided to you for use with your clients. You may deploy, modify, and use them freely for your business purposes.

Disclaimers

Sudarfa is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI features will produce accurate outputs for all use cases.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELIT VIRTUAL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sudarfa in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ELIT VIRTUAL LLC from any claims arising from your use of Sudarfa, your clients' use of the deployed systems, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may cancel at any time by contacting support@sudarfa.com. Termination of your Sudarfa account does not affect your clients' live deployments — those continue running independently.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Boulder, Colorado, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to These Terms

We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
